Pre-Rally Dates

January 8, 2010 - General Registration opens - Registration will be open until we have filled all available rider slots (110 registration slots are available - 90 for the 24-hour and 20 for the Mini-Rally), last year registration closed just over two weeks after it opened - don’t wait.

March 1, 2010 - Last Day for Registration unless closed earlier by RallyMaster

March 15, 2010 - Last day for receipt of payment of entry fee or rider will be dropped from rally

April 2, 2010 - Rally Flags mailed to Participants

Week of the Rally

Wednesday, April 14, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m. (approximately) - email rally packs to participants

Friday, April 16, 2010

10:50 a.m. - 11:10 a.m. - Start (Get date/time stamped receipt, Call for check-in, begin ride).

Saturday, April 17, 2010

2:00 p.m. - rider check-in and scoring opens
2:40-3:10 p.m. - late penalties start

Late Penalties - 0- 10 minutes 200 pts/min
11- 20 minutes 400 pts/min
21- 30 minutes 600 pts/min
31+ Time Barred (28 hours from “official” start)

(Time penalties are calculated at the maximum penalty: i.e., 12 minutes late = 4,800 penalty points (12x400),
28 minutes late = 16,800 penalty points (28x600))

5:00 p.m. - Rally Pack must be sealed and turned in for scoring (even if you have not
been scored yet) or you will not be scored and will be considered DNF

7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Finisher’s Dinner & Awards
